MURALS

In addition to is studio work, Lance Hunter has completed more than twenty large scale murals in five states. Several of his murals are featured in Mural Art 2: Murals on Huge Public Surfaces Around the World. This hardback book was published by Carpe Diem in Germany and distributed internationally. His mural work was also featured in Texas Highways, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Kentucky Living, Green Country Living and Charm Magazines. In 1999, the Texas Downtowners Association presented their President’s Award for Best Public improvement Project to Hunter for his series of five murals in Lufkin, Texas.
